Hello everyone, Archikai here! I'm sure you're wondering what's going to happen with the update, or if they'll even be an update. Short answer: There will be! Here are a few answers to some questions you may or may not have:

Q: Will I lose all my stuff?
A: No, the 1.8 server will be a totally new one. This means there will be:

1.8 Survival Server - New Map and items

1.7 Survival Server - Current Map and items

1.7 SkyPixel Server - Current Map and items

Q: When will we be updating?
A: Very shortly. The IP for the server will be announce here so please keep checking the website for more information!

We are aiming to launch this coming weekend.

Q: Will I lose my donor items?
A: As it was before, you'll get what items you've donated for back. On that note, however, you may or may not get exactly what you've donated for. The ranks are currently getting assembled, and due to the new Sponge API, it might not be exactly as it was before. Keep an eye on the post.

Q: How will I claim my donor rank?
A: There will be a forum thread on the website which you can post on to claim your rank. For this to happen you need to make sure that your website tag matches your ingame tag.

If it does not then send Tomographix a message on his wall and ask him to update your tags.

You will have a period of 30 days to claim your donor rank.

Q: The new Pixelmon Launcher says that my forge version is out of date when I try to connect to the existing server. How do I fix this?
A: This is a known bug to the Pixelmon Mod team. We will update you here when it is fixed. In the meantime we suggest that you try installing it manually.
