New Ingame Wiki Command

Hello Pixelmon Players!

Have you ever wondered what an item does or is used for, but nobody else on the server does either? Well wonder no more! Introducing a new command;

/WikiItem <Item>

It currently only supports Pixelmon items, but vanilla items could be added if the demand is high enough, as it takes time. You must also be the rank [Member] or higher in order to use this command.
