The role of the server manager is to ensure the daily operation of the server.
This role includes:
• Aiming for 100% uptime and no lag
• Managing staff and admin teams
• Doing weekly news posts
• Organising server competitions
• Managing donation issues
• Updating the server to latest version and plugins
• Gaining votes for the server
• Promoting registering and interaction in the website through forums etc
