Here is a small update on the EULA.Mojang has now released a FAQ and their new guidelines for servers to follow. Seeing i'm being asked a variety of questions about what Sky Servers will do here is a quick FAQ to hopefully keep you happy until we make an official announcement as to what we plan to do.
Q. Will I lose my purchased ranks and perks?A. No, no perks will be lost at all. The actual bonus benefits that come with each rank will be changing though such as the kits etc.
Q. Should I still buy perks?A. Yes, now more than ever before. Its an excellent time to buy them before we move to the new system.
Q. What is this 'new system'?A. It will be unveiled on August 1st when servers have to comply to the EULA. The new system will hopefully still be able to fund the servers.

On a side note, should Mojang decide not to enforce the EULA, then Sky Servers has no intention of trying to comply with it as it puts all of our operations at risk.
